The V8SCGlobal team is growing… Meet Christian Hartung, a 22-year-old professional motorsport photographer from Melbourne.
Christian will be supplying us with photos from every round of the 2013 V8 Supercars Championship (except Austin) and we’ll be posting a selection of his fantastic images on our new V8SCGlobal gallery page after each race weekend. You can see some of his images from the first four rounds on there now and a selection of his images below.
Christian is Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS) GOLD level accredited and a fully accredited professional photographer with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP). He has a diploma in photo imaging and has had work featured in magazine V8 Action Illustrated, and website NZV8, among other publications.
Christian developed his love of photography at an early age, turning a hobby into a professional career. His other passion is motorsport and he now attends race meets across Australia to photograph some of the best touring cars in the world. Christian has successfully combined his two loves to create a photography career within the V8 Supercar Series.
In his spare time, Christian also enjoys photographing other sports such as football and other motorsport categories such as the Australian GT Series.
